Great Value Defect
Hi Sir, Ma'am.
My wife and I purchased GV brand flex trash bags, a large box (120 bags, 13 gallon, tall kitchen) and the first 2 or 3 bags were ok, but the next 8 or 9 have been all ripped where the draw string is at. We usually enjoy this brand, but would like you to know of this defect.

Report damaged ice cream products
I want to report the quality of the company's ice cream products. The expiration date is 2025.
However, when I bought it, it was of a different quality from the same box I had previously bought.
It was mushy, even though I tried putting it in the freezer, and it had a strange taste and smell, similar to spoiled food. I can provide pictures for you.

Ripped off
I purchased a package of Great Value caramel, coconut, and fudge cookies... Upon opening the package, it was discovered that it had been shorted 4 cookies. Kind of feel like I got ripped off.

Contents in package are wrong
Someone really messed up on the assembly line. I opened a bag of plain Great Value potato chips and what was inside are DILL PICKLE chips! Bought today, August 20, 2024 in Calgary Alberta Canada at the Shawnessy location.

Black grease blobs on paper products
We recently purchased paper plates and paper bowls. One size of the plate and two sizes of the bowls have interspersed grease blobs.

Plastic pieces in great value buttermilk biscuits
I opened a tube of Great Value brand buttermilk biscuits yesterday, and the biscuits were a little hard to separate. As I separated the biscuits, I felt something hard in several of them.
What I think I found were tiny plastic pieces. I took pictures of it and the package it came in. I was shocked to find this. I threw out the whole package as I don't need plastic in my body that who knows will eventually harm me.
How did this plastic get into a food item? I would like to attach the photos of what I found for proof, but my tablet is not allowing it in this message.
Please respond with an answer and a fix for what has happened. If there's a way I can send the photos, I would be more than happy to do that to show proof.

Resolution request
I purchased a 4lb bag of bone-in chicken thighs. Upon preparing to cook the chicken thighs, I was highly disappointed and extremely upset to discover the 4lb bag contained only 6 chicken thighs, and each individual thigh was wrapped in chicken skin that did not organically naturally grow upon each chicken thigh.
Once done cleaning all 6 thighs, I was left with a 1.08lb pile of chicken skin and chicken fat. Your company is using deceptive practices to get over on its loyal customers like myself. This is highly unacceptable to be a victim of your deceptive practices to defraud your customers.
I've taken several photographs of the chicken thighs, the great value bag your chicken came in, and the almost 2 pounds of chicken skin and fat. I will await your response in anticipation of a resolution to this matter.

Screw on ice cream
A week ago, my husband bought Great Value ice cream, and today while enjoying it, I found a really small screw in my ice cream. Thankfully, it was me and not my kids. As you can understand, this is unacceptable.

I want to commend the designer of Great Value Columbian Instant Coffee, and I want to communicate directly with that person so that I am assured he or she or even they hear my words.
The jar fits ones hands perfectly, has very comfortable rounded corners, is attractive, and has the strength and the weight beneficial to the consumer. The lid is octagonal, offering ease of leverage to open the jar.

Buttery Rounds Baked Crackers
I am contacting you today because I have purchased these crackers more than once and I am tried of only getting basically a bag full of crumbs. I keep buying them because I like the taste of the ones I am actually able to eat but I upset that I am having this same recurring issue. Please fix this issue so I am not wasting my money on your product.

Food purchased is not edible.
I called the customer service number on the back of my chip bags from Great Value. We had purchased three party-size bags for a gathering.
Two out of the three bags were completely stale. They weren't just a little stale - even the dogs wouldn't eat them. They didn't even taste like chips. I called the number and provided all the necessary information.
The representative took 25 minutes of my time to ultimately tell me to return the bags to the store for a refund. Why is the customer service number there if I have to return the chips to the store? I find it a bit unseemly to walk into the store with chip bags. It's as cheap as the brand itself.
Last week, I bought four gallons of milk because my boys go through a gallon a day. Two of the four gallons were spoiled!
That's 15 dollars just thrown away. I don't want to walk into my local Walmart with chip bags and spoiled milk for a refund, especially when I spend thousands of dollars there.

Milk cartons are inferior. And the milk is bad.
In the last month, I have purchased several 1-gallon containers of milk. The milk cartons and the milk are sour.
By the time I get home with my purchases of 1-gallon containers of milk, there is always *** or two in the milk carton and the milk is sour.
The problem needs to be fixed. Personally, I will be purchasing my milk elsewhere.

Great value big crescent rolls
I bought 2 containers of these. When I got home to use them, they were each a big lump of dough.
There were no perforations in them. I had to roll them out and cut them myself.
I did not take them back to the store because, in my experience, Walmart will not return or exchange food products.
